Update: STILL no refund yet. This is absolutely garbage service seriously. You ruined a lot of people’s Thanksgivings this year with this BS. At least we had Walmart to trust to save the day with our meals. Seriously what is the point of ordering ahead and paying in advanced to not get your food?! Didn't have my order even though everything was confirmed. I guess I'd recommend picking up 2 days in advance because they won't even send you anything that they don't have it, you'll just have to show up and be disappointed.
SCAM ALERT. Saying my jaw hit the floor doesn’t begin to cover it. I PRE-ORDERED a $320 Thanksgiving meal on October 10th with an 11am pickup the day before the holiday. I show up early at 10:30… only to be told they were out of turkey—actually, out of EVERYTHING except ONE item on my list. No one knew when (or if) a truck was coming. I pre-ordered roasted turkey and sides for pickup at 6 p.m. the night before Thanksgiving, and when I went to pick up my pre-order, the store told me that they don't sell roasted turkey or any of sides at this location. I asked why the company website still let me make my pre-order, and the worker just said it's a website glitch with seasonal stores and just refunded me my pre-order. How can a large company get pre-orders so wrong? Don't order from here.
