Arrived around 2:40 PM for a scheduled 3:00 PM pickup made two weeks ago and was told they were out of the 1/4 ham bone-in and would need to wait 30-45 minutes for the delivery driver to arrive. I asked to be compensated for a half ham at a quarter ham price since that was what they had in stock.. i was denied but offered a $30 chocolate rum cake, which i turned down since i only wanted my PREPAID ham. Best! HAM ever!!!!!
Reserved a ham and waited 2 hours over the reservation time to be told they were actually out. Also with no way to refund without calling the store, who's number doesn't work.
Ham is ok but about 4X as much as the grocery store so not worth it. The company is a joke. My confirmation email gave me an address up the street, which is an empty store front (14663 Orchard Parkway Suite 400 Westminster, CO 80023). I called customer service and they had no idea where the real store actually was. Wasted yet another 30 minutes for a very overpriced ham. Never again.
