Arrived around 2:40 PM for a scheduled 3:00 PM pickup made two weeks ago and was told they were out of the 1/4 ham bone-in and would need to wait 30-45 minutes for the delivery driver to arrive. I asked to be compensated for a half ham at a quarter ham price since that was what they had in stock.. i was denied but offered a $30 chocolate rum cake, which i turned down since i only wanted my PREPAID ham.
