Placed a christmas order online Run out of everything and couldn't fill my order. Now my christmas dinner is ruined and they didn't even apologize
I picked up some sliced ham today along with some ham salad. The ham salad was advertised for $5, which I really appreciated, but it was rung up the regular price of $10.39. I didn't realize this until I got home. Hopefully I can get credit. I wrote the email site given to me, but they were not able to help. I will stop at the store today.
At Christmas, my husband ordered honey baked ham slices. My husband was given smoked turkey, and was not aware of the error until we opened the package on Christmas day. Customer service was called and a complaint was passed along to the store. The store did not respond.
Chillicothe store was dirty and my ham is not as good as the ones I always got on McNotten Road. Very disappointed
