Plumbing rep Will with Honesty service stopped by to my home to do plumbing repairs. He was very professional, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and fast at work. Had a really bad situation with my mom’s drain pipes at her house. We were very nervous on how expensive the repair was going to be and how soon it could be fixed. We contacted Honesty Services late Tuesday , and they were out the next day! Also they made sure we understood how they could help and what was going to need to be done. Unfortunately, I have to change my glowing 5 star review to a one star review. At first we were under the impression that Daniel fixed our pressure pump for our well. Within 4 hours we had no water again. When I originally asked Daniel what he did to fix the problem he stated that he took a knife with some sandpaper and scraped the gunk off of the electric terminals. He did this without turning off the power to the pump and stated to me that what he just did was dangerous. All he did was a bandaid fix instead of just replaci... read more
Daniel came out and was very professional and transparent regarding our plumbing issues. He offered solutions for today’s repair and solutions for secondary long-term issues that he spotted as well. When you need to call Honesty Services ask for Daniel by name as your service tech.
