This star is for the office ladies and the install (AC) technicians. They were great! The company itself is fraudulent and very dishonest people to deal with. They wrote a fake list of upgrades needed for my AC install and turned it into my warranty company. A list of out-of-pocket cost that ranged over $5000. Taking them at there word I paid it up front only to later learn that it was all fraudulent and none of the upgrade work was never done.
