Called Honestee Plumbing to fix a leak on some very old pipes. When the leak was controlled Robbie could see that the water heater was leaking too. Under Robbie‘s direction, he suggested that I call the manufacturer to see if it was still under warranty. Confirming that the water heater was under warranty and replacement was approved. Robbie took care of the swap out. Would definitely call Honestee Plumbing again and recommend them! Great customer service!
I had three problems: a running toilet, a broken pop up drain stopper, and a broken kitchen sink. All were fixed in quick order and Austin was pleasant and efficient.
