Avoid! Ordered a ring in early 2021. Got exactly what was asked and was very happy with the ring. The process was odd though and it was slightly delayed and communication was spotty. Pickup of the ring was in a random office building behind a random desk - the whole thing seemed sketchy. Nonetheless, overall was pleased with the result and the ring is still great today 2 years later. I then ordered another ring early 2023. Once paid for, all communication ceased. Hello, I would like to provide an update on our experience. We have made multiple attempts to reach out to you including email, text, and Instagram messages, in an effort to discuss the repair issue. Regrettably, the cost of the repair exceeds our budget, and it's important to note that the damage was not caused by us. upon consulting a jeweller, it was determined that the ring has incurred scratches as a result of resizing, with visible damage on the inside of the ring. I had a disappointing experience with this company. Our initial appointment didn't go well, and it felt rushed with a lack of knowledge from the employee we met. The ring was initially the wrong size and had to be sent back for resizing, which took a considerable amount of time. Even after the resizing, the quality of the work was subpar – I could clearly see where they resized it, and the cut and soldering were not seamless.
