I had a great experience. Whole process went smoothly, great communication and texts, and Bruce did a great job. Highly recommended.
We had trouble with our tankless water heater. Bruce arrived on time and was professional. In less than an hour, Bruce had the repair completed and hot water flowing from the fawcets. Great service and great job!. I recommend Honest RV Mobile Repair. You won't be disappointed.
As long as they stay in business we will be using their services! I got the run around for a month and a half with another technician company. They played games, wouldn’t communicate and the “repairs” claimed to be made just needed more parts and more money thrown at it, and were done half assed and may have caused a fire if done the way they wanted to finish. Bruce and Jody are amazing. My wife and I dealt with a different repair place and we will never go to them again. We have 3 ac units and none of them would work. We have animals in our rv as well we dealt with no ac for a month and a half. My wife was tired of getting the go around from the other place so she told me to call and make an appointment with Bruce. Pleasant, personable service. Persistent in getting to the route of the problem. Very pleased with their services. They would be my go to people for any RV issues. Customer service with the office staff was top notch!
