This place should be called dishonest property management! This place should be shut down they should be ashamed of themselves charging over $1,000 a month for a studio apartment. It is companies like this that is causing a rising rent in the whole community and no one will be able to even afford a simple studio apartment because of companies like this company here honest property management is anything but honest they should be called dishonest property management!!!

After struggling to find reliable property managers, HPM has been the best hire our business has made. Jody is a fantastic property manager that is always on the ball, handling issues, and clearly has a pulse on our buildings. She is always accessible and excellent at communicating any issues or updates with the building. They use a great online technology that allows us to see all the numbers and updates on the building instantly. We are thrilled to have HPM managing our investments
