there the furthest thing from honest. not only that they tell you one price.then when you pick up vehicle the price jumped way up
I'm always skeptical of auto shops but I can honestly say that I'm blown away by the care and work that was done on my vehicle tonight. Mike was friendly, approachable, honest, answered all of my questions, and even went above and beyond to find a way to save me a few bucks on an unexpected procedure for my car. I look forward to having all of my oil changes done here from now on!
My g.f. went to get an estimate at honest 1 auto care in Burnsville last week for her brakes. Burnsville does NOT have a place for review on their Facebook page. She went in to get her brakes checked and walked out with a 1,000 dollar estimate for only the brakes, rotors, and labor. Couldn't believe how much they charge for a break job. The worst part is they said she had a bad leaky shock and it needed to be replaced. Went to the repair shop today for a rattle in my vehicle. This shop manager was friendly on the phone and had me bring it in same day. The tech drove with me so we could isolate the sound. They took care of the problem in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Thanks guys for another great experience. You are our go to place for car repairs!
Used to use them for all 4 of our household vehicles. After last week I don't think I'll be going back. Went in for an oil change and rotation. Drove car home and parked it. Went to drive it 3 days later and knew instantly the tires had not been rotated as I had 1 with a slow leak and it was in the same spot as before. While airing up tire I noticed my engine protector was sagging. I have to share this small bit of information with the world. Why.. well I'll tell you. We came home from a therapeutic ride yesterday, to get out of the house after my surgery, and as Penny pulled the truck into the garage (she let me out, outside) I JUST happened to look down on the garage floor. Do not go here, they screwed me out of 650.00 and sent me home in a car the sputtered and smoked and it didnt do that prior. Terrible place...Honest says it all....big red flag!
