I’m honestly disgusted by my experience here. My friend and I came in for pedicures, and while the final result looked okay, the hygiene practices were incredibly concerning. Both of our nail techs were wearing gloves, but they touched our feet and then scooped sugar scrub from the same shared container—using those same gloves. No spatula, no change of gloves, no attempt at avoiding cross-contamination. That’s not sanitary, glove or not. On top of that, the plastic liner in my pedicure bowl kept slipping off.
