Honest maids:Not so Honest I was quoted a price range for my house to be cleaned after moving out. I was promised that if it were to cost anything outside of that range, I would be made aware prior to services being rendered. I was not made aware! Hi Bethany, your comments are in all truth one sided and exaggerated. I hope to have this resolved with the BBB so they can flag and remove your review as it is biased and unfair. You hired us while there were still items in your house for a move out cleaning. We accommodated as much as we could. Our cleaners were there for 6 hours until late evening hours and had to stop. **We’re humans not robots.** we could of gone back but you never responded to texts messages after we tried coordinating. Horrible service! Owner does not follow up with help! I have Airbnb in Scottsdale sent 2 text when my guests were coming he forgot to schedule my guests walked in on a mess! Gave them 2nd chance this week asked owner to make sure temp was set to 90 and to make sure fans were off. I checked up a week later and the bedroom window was wide open fans running and temp set to 73! They charge cheap and that’s exactly what you get. Pay extra for far better service.
