This is the second time we used Scott at Honest Home inspection. Without a doubt the best inspector I have ever worked with. They were extremely thorough. By far the best investment you can make when buying a house, and I’m sure they found things others would have missed. I wish I could give more stars!

Fantastic, knowledgeable, and efficient. Scott and his partner Mike both came to the home we were looking to purchase on-time (even a bit early) to get ahead start on our home inspection. They went over the house multiple times to make sure that they didn't miss anything. Although the service is not cheap, we absolutely got our money's worth with our pre-sale home inspection. Scott was extremely detailed in his observations, and the subsequent report has been quite valuable as I've been able to get out in front of any potential issues that could have been leveraged by a buyer to decrease our asking price. We will certainly use him as our inspector for the next house!
Mike B. did a great job with my home inspection. He was kind and very helpful. He encouraged me to ask any questions that came up and had an explanation for everything he was doing. The binder I received with my complete inspection was a great bonus. I would recommend this company.
