No showed without notification multiple times, first time was because of a double booking. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and very disappointing.
I tried to schedule two appointments with these people for a simple 15 minute consultation and I have been left high and dry BOTH times. The first time Celeste was sick and asked to reschedule, and now as I’m writing this I still haven’t heard from her. Never wasting my time with this place again.
Celeste was a very kind & empathetic listener. But I feel like I am in the same low place as when I started back in May. I’ve had a hard time returning, and not letting my experience be completely ruined by Bea the admin. Being ignored when I speak respectfully about something important & difficult is a trigger for me that makes me feel like an emotional, crazy person that isn’t worth engaging with.
