I received excellent care at Honest Care Dental for the 3 years I lived in Salem. The dentist is skilled, pleasant and conscientious, the latest technology is available on site, and the hygienists have all been thorough and capable. Today, I had my last exam and cleaning before moving and I will be sad to have to start to search for a practice commensurate to Honest Care Dental.
I am a new patient at Honest Care Dental. I was very impressed with Dr. McMillan and my hygienist, Cimona. They were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. The receptionist was very helpful with my questions about payment plans. The atmosphere at the office is very clean and bright. Thank you so much.
Can't say enough good about this office. I've had plenty of bad experiences with dentists thinking they can upsell and charge arms and legs for things I may or may not need. Dr. McMillan tells it like it is, it seems - was there to get some old fillings redone today, but he said that if the tooth wasn't bothering me like it was before, then there wasn't much point in doing anything with it. Honest Care is a great dental practice! Everyone is friendly yet totally professional and the services offered are very much the state of the art. Crowns are professionally made on site without having to wait for an outside lab to construct them. Everything and everyone is top notch!
