We learned a lot about what we liked and didn’t as this was our 1st experience renting a camper van. William was awesome getting us ready for the trip. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and everything worked well in the van. We had a great trip up the Sunshine Coast as far as Lund, road our bikes on Savary Island and did a short tour into Desolation Sound. We have a new appreciation for provincial campgrounds (Saltry Bay, Porpoise Bay).
We had an amazing holiday in our Honest Camper "George"! The honest camper team was great at answering questions and sent a video of how to use the different parts of the camper. We usually camp with a tent but decided to try a camper so we could move location more often without striking camp each time. It took us a few days to figure out the best way to move our stuff around when putting the beds up and down but we got better each time. What a great local business! We *loved* the Mercedes Sprinter - nice and roomy but not too big, comfy bed, excellent storage. And a fridge! And we also loved not renting from one of the ‘big boys’ and instead supporting a local. Plus, great support and service. We will be back!
Great vehicle to do a trip on Vancouver Island. Vehicle is in a great condition and well kitted with everything we needed and more. Was an absolute blast! The team is extremely helpful, great communication and adaptable to our itinerary. Thx again for helping us creating lasting memories!
