Honest AC installed our system nine years ago. I left them a five-star review after that. We use them extensively over the years for service calls and the occasional repair and always like dealing with them. That has dramatically changed and I will no longer refer anyone to them. Terrible experience from start to finish. They installed a brand‑new AC that constantly fails, and every time it breaks they push upsells instead of fixing the problem. The zone board has been replaced twice, yet they still claim it’s “not under warranty.” We’ve had endless service calls with no real solution. Avoid this company at all costs. They installed a brand‑new AC that constantly breaks down and, instead of fixing their mistakes, they try to upsell unnecessary services. They replaced the zone board twice but still claimed it wasn’t covered under warranty, leaving us with endless service calls and zero accountability. They rescheduled our appointment three times now. The last time, they rescheduled without even asking us. Avoid this company if you don’t want to waste your time.
