I used to have a service contract with Honest Air, and a week after they serviced it, the dual capacitor broke. I called them after hours, and quite fairly they charged an out of hours service fee, but my real issue was they charged me $240 for the part replacement, a part which at most cost $17. Plus labor. When I queried this markup of over 1,400% they claimed they had to buy the part and have it on hand, so that was a fair markup.
