I've used this company a few times now and cannot recommend them enough. Abe is so good about explaining what the issue is and answers any questions you have without making you feel like it's too much or it's a dumb question. I had an employee of his (I cannot remember the name unfortunately) in the summertime that came to help fix the AC. He was just as pleasant and down to earth as Abe is. I had a great experience with Honest Abe's. I had been attempting some self diagnosis of my furnace. When I called Honest Abe's he walked me through some things over the phone. I was able to get my furnace back on with his advice. When it continued failing intermittently days afterward I decided it was time for a technician to come out for a proper diagnosis.
