We have been going to Honest Abe's since they opened in Lincoln. We were excited to eat dinner there for a birthday, and we specifically choose the downtown location because of the rotating menu. We had 3 hungry kids and 3 hungry adults. We waited for 10 minutes and no one took our order. We just, kind of waited and tried to catch someone's eye and were avoided/ignored. Then when we left, staff was quite rude. We were really disappointed and surprised. We'd never been treated like that before at Honest Abe's.
Great burgers and fries. Try the truffle fries if you haven't, they won't disappoint. Served hot, fresh, and timely. The rotating part of the menu always turns up a new gem to try.
It's good for somewhere a bit more expensive but still with good food. Great staff and large portions
