We focus on making the best burgers, fries and shakes in Lincoln. Our patties are locally produced, fresh and delivered daily. We make as many of the ingredients in-house as possible. Why pay for some corn syrup mass produced product when we can use fresh ingredients to create an unparalleled ingredient? Our fries are cut and fried in-house every day. I loved it, and i dont say that easily lol This place hits the nail on the head for what a downtown city eatery should be, im an Omaha native and wanted something new while i was here, i was not disappointed... My friend and I came in specifically for the truffle fries—we were really craving them, and we’ve been here enough times to know exactly how they’re supposed to taste. Unfortunately, today was the worst experience we’ve had so far. The fries we were served were completely unseasoned and barely had any truffle flavor. When we brought it up to the staff, instead of remaking them or addressing the issue, they handed us a whole bottle of truffle seasoning and told us to season the fries ourselves.
