3 years and my gutters have never accommodated rain flow. Honestly I had given up. Now my 3 year old roof is leaking and there is damage to my living room. I don't know if there could be mold growing in my attic I feel like this company destroyed my home. They are supposed to address these issues soon. If not, my only recourse will be to sue for damages. I paid for a new roof and new gutters. Lifetime guarantees are useless if the work is never done right.

If high pressure sales aren't for you, don't call. They really push the 1 visit, and if you want to consider other offers be prepared to pay significantly more. I was told there would be a SOFT credit inquiry. I should have known that was a lie when they let me know there was a freeze on my credit that would need to be lifted. This resulted in several inquiries with different companies. I then got a credit card in the mail I didn't ask for. My mom told them she was making the down but waiting on inheritance check.
