We initially had a miscommunication but Caleb came out and had a discussion with me to understand my experience. Because it wasn't up to his standards he more than made it right even going above anything I had anticipated. I was so touched by the amount of caring and compassion he showed. It's clear that he has high standards for himself and his company and that he truly cares for his customers. He has a customer for life with me.

Amazing team that they have working for them. They did a great job replacing and repairing any areas of damage / rot. I’ve also never witnessed such an amazing cleanup job afterwards. Not a single scrap or nail could I find left behind; it was as if the shop vacuumed that entire work area. So very glad I went with them. They did a complete tear down of both our shingled roof area and our nearly flat rubber roof area. They also installed new gutters and downspouts on our house.
