Outstanding experience with Honest Abe. Started with my advisor, Alex, we reviewed my Roofing want, which was just a replacement asphalt shingles. He quoted me a price for the job. After checking with 2 other providers, I went with Honest Abes. The Crew was Outstanding, they arrived on time and went right to work. We had Tyler come out last month and give us a quote on the roof. Tyler was very polite and listen to all of our concerns about the old roof we had on the house. He then worked out a plan with us about what needs to be done on the roof and what he would recommend to be done. The quote that he gave us was great for what we had done to the house. So....I am 4 years in to my Honest Abe roof, and they definitely deserve these ADDITIONAL 5 stars! I had a spot where the shingles were lifting on my roof (probably from critters trying to get in.) Edgar and his partner were here within 4 days, fixed the issue, and at no cost to me. This company has treated me right, and I give then ALL the stars!
Set up an appt for someone to come out for a quote on 4/14 for Friday 04/17 via website for my grandmother bc she was suggested them by a friend of hers that had work done also. Today (4/15) I received a call from Bill he said was his name, the guy supposed to be coming out to do the quote on Friday. He states that he’s in the area and if possible he could come by and do the estimate now if that works for my Gran. The job started right off the bat with Ryan responding the same day I requested an estimate. He didn't provide me an estimate, but did provide me with an exact cost for the job. He kept in contact with me letting me know when the job would be done. When I tell you this crew was fast and efficient, that is an understatement. They showed up by 6:45 am and they were off my property by 4:30 pm. They cleaned up so well that you would never know they were even there.
