*update... they did the typical copy and paste response but they have already called prior to my review. After a phone call that left nothing resolved and a whole lot to be desired, I went ahead and wrote my review. There is nothing left to discuss but to save face, they are writing it here that they wish to "speak with me regarding the issue". Quick & efficient. Took the time to explain & show what damage needed to be rehabbed while also saving me the cost & expense of a complete roof replacement.
