What a great experience from start to finish! Will be using Honest Abe again.
Honest Abe had to order a part for my hvac unit and the manufacturer gave a date that was weeks away. With the prospect of hot weather coming, Honest Abe offered and delivered free loaner AC portable units as part of my protection plan until the repair is complete. Pretty amazing service!
My boiler stopped working and I had no heat. David saved the day by getting it back up and running. He also shared some important ongoing information about my system. He was very polite, helpful and efficient. I will definitely give them a call next time I need service!
