UPDATE: Honest Abe (HA) is not so honest after all … During their initial visit, an incomplete leak detection ($164) was performed and I was told I needed to replace the toilet flange ($600) to stop the leak. Less than a week after replacing the flange, water continued to ‘pour’ through the dining room ceiling area (below the upstairs bathroom). 7/15/2025 update: still awesome. Tayla was out to deal with my outdoor spigots, including one not used in a couple decades. Good communication between front office & all of us. I really appreciated the service I received today. Brandon was great. He was thorough, honest, and straightforward. I would definitely strongly consider using this company again for chimney services and if this is their culture, for all other services they provide as well. I was very pleased.
