Recommended by our hotel. We stopped by without an appointment while visiting in Portland. Our alternator problem was immediately diagnosed and estimate given. They were able to work us into the schedule that day and we were on our way. Very friendly and straightforward. Don’t confuse this Honest 1 with another further out on Stark!
Doug was great. My AC hadn't been working, so I made an appointment to drop off my car at 9 am. I got a call by 3 pm that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. The total price ended up being about half the estimate I had been told that morning. Shoutout this place!
paid them $1500 last year to fix my AC, kicked out after a year. Had them just look at it again a couple weeks ago, charged me another $150 to tell me nothing was wrong. And now I’m on a summer road trip with no AC.
One of the worst Oil Change and Diagnostic I've had in 25 yrs. Service was non responsive 4.5 hrs after the appt. I was charged for a service they ended up doing absolutely nothing about. I paid the $300 and my car didn't start. (Which has always started and drove great) The front desk was dismissive, lacked information, and very nonchalant with what was going on with my car.
