Great place to get ripped off. Scheduled an appointment with detailed instructions regarding two issues that needed to be resolved, including a brief video. Dropped it off at 8am as instructed, thinking they'll take a quick look, confirm those were the minor issues, call me with a cost, and fix it same day. Wrong. So very wrong. I get a call at 2pm saying it's ready to be picked up. It would cost me $350+ just for the 2-hour assessment (apparently $158/hour which was never mentioned - and it took the genius mechanic an hour ... read more
These guys have done right by me for years. Always straight shooters who live up to their name.
I had purchased a Groupon for a fully synthetic blend oil change. They told me that my car uses fully synthetic, which according to them isn’t what is meant in the Groupon, then charged me another $67 on top of the $72 I spent on the Groupon. No mention of this up charge when purchasing. I find it hilarious they are called Honest1. 1 star for me.
These guys are rip off. Charged me $800 to store my car for three weeks. While I got the money together to pay for the repair. Then tried to charge me $2230 to repair brake pads and rotors after having not completed the initial repair to begin with. They claimed the initial damage, which he fixed, had made it so changing the brakes and rotors was required. At which point he said the cost to repair the brakes and rotors (not even calipers) was $2230!!! That’s absurd. These guys are completely dishonest. They charged me money ... read more
