Ramon and the staff were very helpful throughout the process and explaining what was done. I had no way to get home and had a shuttle service to take you home and pick you up as well which is convenient. The staff were friendly and easy to chat with. I highly recommend anyone to come to them for their honest opinion and they do bot rush your vehicle to get it fix. They rather have it done right the first time. Thank you guys!
I called Honest 1 Auto Care, and Roberto, a very kind polite gentleman, answered the phone. I asked if they have any availability to bring my mother in law's car right away. He gladly told me yes, no problem. I got there, I was in a rush for an appointment I had. I had to leave my mother in law an 82-year-old lady, I was very worried since she was not familiar with the area.
