The whole team is so awesome, very helpful. Very good with updates through call and text. Any issues I have had with my car they took care of it and never takes long. They are very nice people and have worked with me in ways noone else have and I am so grateful for it. Im always very satisfied with the work done on my car. I absolutely love this place, I am a single older woman very skeptical of taking my Truck just anywhere basically anywhere for Mechanic work, because I'm so scared they're gonna say one thing is wrong and another thing is wrong and so on… I took a chance and took my Truck to Honest 1 in Tyler Texas, and it was the greatest thing I've ever did…I am so happy with these people they're so honest they are sweet people great customer service I couldn't say enough about that…but the main thing is is they're honest they're not gonna... read more
Excellent customer service, quality work, efficient and friendly. I love the fact that they were on time with my appointment, give me a ride to work so I didn’t have to worry about leaving my car for an oil change, also sent me a very nice detailed list of things I needed to have done to the car but wasn’t pushy about getting it done right away. Highly recommend this business to anyone who needs auto care.
Amazing service, and customer service at that. Travis was a great help and very informative, the process was simple and quick. I got a full comprehensive report of absolutely everything wrong with my vehicle including things I hadn’t even mentioned to them or thought about. Completely FREE. Then when it came time to talk about what to fix and pay for, they were clear and concise, with full transparency. No bullshit, no hassle.
