I brought in my ‘39 Packard for new pipes and Kenny and Carl did a great job, looks great and very reasonable
Sarah and crew were very friendly and super helpful. I went in with a check engine light and they tracked down what was causing the issue and explained everything very well with pictures and video and gave me a comprehensive report. They also had a shuttle service so I didn't have to find a ride home or a ride back. Paying for repairs never feels "great", but the cost was about what I expected to pay. If there were 10 stars, that's what I would give Honest 1. I've never dealt with such knowledgeable and caring service providers. They went way above and beyond! They answered any and all my questions in a way I could understand for a complicated situation. Travis and team- you are top notch!
Took my Car because dealership was doubling price of repair of same issue so I took it to honest 1 and it cost me nothing. Instead they diagnosed ŵhat was truly the issue which was an oil filter. They listed everything my car would need and nothing more. I am so glad I took it to them verses taking it back to Dodge Patterson and pay $1100 for another knock sensor. Outrageous that the professionals couldn't diagnose the correct problem.
