These guys were amazing
They are amazing! Very professional and communicated every step of the way. Did not pressure me into anything that I didn't need. Highly recommend!
Went in for an overall inspection. I was immediately impressed with the level of detail and checks they conducted on the car for free. Our car is over 10 years old, so there were a few items that needed to be repaired/replaced. There were also a few items that were close to needing replacement, but Travis, the service manager, was fully transparent and didn't try to sell us on replacing items that weren't needed quite yet. This will be our one stop shop for all of our car maintenance needs moving forward.
Absolutely delighted with my experience here. You can tell they take great pride in their work and great pride in being transparent with their findings. I never felt rushed or bulldozed over. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable, and they have snacks! Travis had fantastic customer service, even coming in on his day off to give me my keys.
