I had a great experience here. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was completed quickly, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Hopefully they won’t disappoint in the future and I’ll become a lifetime customer here.
Everyone who works there is kind and very knowledgeable. They explain everything to you. They also work with the extended warranty companies.
Took my pickup truck to Honest1 Auto Care – West Bloomington for an oil change and cabin filter replacement, and they did an awesome job. The staff was super friendly, the mechanic knew his stuff, and everything was done quickly. The price was fair too, which is always nice! Really impressed with the quality of service and how smooth the whole experience was. Definitely recommend these guys if you want honest, reliable auto care.
Finding a great mechanic seems to always be a challenge. From the jump, the folks here have been great. Straightforward booking, car inspections, pricing and need for different services recommended. They also have a great waiting room area with books, coffee, and relaxing music. Highly recommend if you are looking for an auto repair shop that lives up to their name.
