Good service here. They did a great job explaining their whole process and didn’t try to sell me on anything crazy. I would definitely recommend them.
I am commenting to talk about Tom and the staff. The name Honest auto care is not BS. Tom really cares and is so nice. Going from Tires plus to this place was night and day. I can't express how wonderful Tom and the rest of the staff is. From loaner cars to making things right when a repair does not work out. Tom Saved a trip I had planned by giving us a donor car. This place will forever have my biz.
Everyone is so kind every time I go. They don't try to sell you useless junk you don't need and it really feels like they are on your side! Highly recommend!!
Our experience with Honest 1 has been amazing. We have trusted our vehicles with them for years and our most recent experience with Tom has confirmed we will continue to do business with Honest 1 and to refer our family and friends. He was open, transparent, patient, and compassionate when delivering some tough news about our mini-van.
