So far the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had I paid $2700 in my car still broken and I’m not sure even what to do I have an appointment with them on Monday and really hope they take care of it or I’m going to the Better Business Bureau

To make a long story short, they agreed to fix a check engine light, took $1500 and didn’t fix the light. If they will take $1500 from a disabled, single mom... they’ll do it to you as well! I used this shop for years, on multiple cars, but always for minor things like oil changes. I recently purchased a 2006 Range Rover and the engine light came on a few days after purchase. This visit for service on my 2016 Jeep Compass was the first time I didn't go to the dealership and I am amazed. I bought a groupon for 4 oil changes. They immediately offered to match the price next time. This Groupon is worth 4 oil changes and discounted labor! During my previous visit to the dealership I was told I needed shocks and struts, Honest-1 inspected my vehicle, I dont need shocks, struts or tires which I was told were needing replaced soon. This is my first time here and i am highly impressed. the guys are very nice, upfront, informative and the shop waiting area/rest room are super clean. i love that i can see all the main prices on a screen at the front desk. i will be here again
After taking my 1993 Nissan Quest to a fix it guy. I chose Honest 1 Not only did they diagnose it they fixed all her issues. Smurfette is a whole new girl. Even threw in cost of installing a switch. Lorenzo and Jerry were great keeping me updated. Even went so far as to give us a loaner, at no charge. I'm so happy with this company. Friendly staff, clean waiting room and shop. very impressed all around. I give them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
Took my 2018 Ford Fusion here for its first oil change since we bought it. I was impressed with their waiting area, the service and price. I’ll be returning and we’ll take our other car there too.
