If you have a problem with the shop and their management, they will just delete your posts from Facebook and NEVER follow-up with you. Only thing that gets you is an email to corporate instead. The manager here is BEYOND unprofessional and I would recommend to stay far, far away!
They were just what I was looking for, kind and helpful. Told me not to worry about the small things. Which is easy to do when your car stops. Went out of thier way to keep the cost down as much as they could, and knew me my name on my second phone call. Susan was so great to talk to! Thanks again!!
You guys are dishonest tried to charge us $106 dollars just for a diagnostic test a two minute plug in don't recommend going there
they charged me 150$ to just look at my car. Told me it was going to cost 1,000$ to fix my rattling problem..I took it to Midas and the supposed 1,000 problem was a 25$ problem . What they said was wrong with my car was nowhere near what they said ,and Midas gave me a free estimate . So this place is not honest and lied about my car to try and get way more money for a problem that didn't even exist . Never going here again. Furious I spent so much just to have it looked at.
Be careful, they will tack another $100 onto the quote once they do all the repairs. I'm never coming here again.
Love them! Susan Ransom and her team are the best. My husband and I have been going there for 3 years and have taken all of our cars. They hold true to being "honest". I never feel like I'm buying something I do not need and I always get truthful feedback. I have a very chaotic schedule and they always find the time to fit me in on very little to no notice.
