I was at a loss to finding a Trustworthy Tire Dealer as I went to LST and got hosed. So I did some research and ran across Jonathan who responded to a email I sent. Immediately I could tell he wasn't out to make a buck over customer service. He listened to what I was saying and made recommendations and sold me what I needed not what I wanted. This rating is solely for the customer service aspect for Honest 1. With each visit, I try to ignore the underlying rudeness of the individual (who identified himself as the manager) at the front counter. He is rude, condescending and not, at all, helpful.

I found that they live up to there name. Take both of my cars here for a y service. Always found the front desk to be very knowledgeable and friendly.
