Yesterday I waited over an hour to be taken to a room! I then waited another 20 minuets before the Dr. even entered. At least 8 patients came in after me and left before I was even called. The receptionist and nurse were both rude. I won’t be back!! And I have heard from others that this is a norm at this office!!
My entire extended family and myself had used this practice for years and were very happy with them. We took our newborn son to the practice and he was given the wrong vaccine at 2 months old. They notified us of the mistake at his 4 month follow up, reprimanded the nurse, and notified the state of the mistake. The doctors may be excellent however the nurses are a hand of the doctor.
