why has the phone been off the hook all day? I have been trying to see if I could get an appointment since 9:15 this morning. very frustrating
Recommendedgreat doctors who go the extra mile, not a quick fix :)
I am sad to say I don't reccomend them. There are two amazing nurses, last I knew and 2 amazing docs. Mine was awful especially when I needed him the most. Because the practice would not let us switch doctors either my entire family ended up leaving. Dr Cromwell and Dr Picca we miss you!
we love dr. Cromwell ! secretarys and nurses have been great to us since 2017 , no complaints !
I feel blessed to have Dr. Picca as my primary care physician. By the way, Doc, think thymus. Yes, I have experienced what I thought was sternum pain on a few occasions, but forgot when you asked about 'abnormal pain.' We have had a very positive experience here. I live fairly far yet refuse to change doctors. Dr Frese is thorough, personable, and has been a strong advocate for my little one in early intervention. We are confident in every referral she makes as we know they will be high quality. Dr Frese and Dr Cromwell followed me through two pregnancies and accommodated a unique situation which made the pregnancy so much easier. They were both supportive and evidence based so I always knew we were getting the best care.
Treated me like it was my fault that the nurse made me uncomfortable. Blamed my history with anxiety and didn't apologize for their tactlessness and insensitivity with private information.
by not being terrible human beings and fire their god awful secretaries.
