Worst experience ever!!! I needed new glass's / prescription. Order them. This will be 4th time I've taken them back because they are wrong and I cannot see with them. After my last visit about this I was told she needed to talk to the doctor and would get back to me. Today I called for the 3rd time and was told the same thing. I doubt this is going to be resolved so most likely will ask for my money back and cost for eye exam as I will need to pay for the next one. BCBS paid them for this one! I do not recommend.
