I had Honea Air set up my new a/c system and I was very happy with their service. They were friendly and explained everything they were doing. Price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you Honea Air!

IF I HAD THE OPTION I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!! THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES SAYING THIS AND THAT IS NOT WORKING. BEEN WITHOUT AC UPSTAIRS FOR A LONG TIME! THEY SCREWED US OVER $8,000 THIS MORNING THEY HAD THE COPS AREIVE AT THE HOUSE!! NEVER EVER US THIS COMPANY!!!
We have had them out several times to fix our ac, they costed us $8000 for a new coil and compressor and it went out in less than 24 hours, since then, they’ve sent 3 people with 3 different reasons as to why it’s not working, all contradicting one another and lastly since our last complaint, they sent the police to our house because of an “altercation” which never occurred, the only thing that occurred was our house hold questioning why they’d treat a 30 year plus customer this way and now they refuse to come back and fix i... read more
if I could give 20 stars or more, I would. Thank you Mrs. Donna and Mr. Dusty for helping our family in a pinch when our upstairs unit stopped working. Thank you also for providing considerable care and professionalism in maintaining our unit to the best of it's ability and providing best practices. it's everything a homeowner could ever ask for.
