The Levine Benjamin law firm handled my wife's Social Security appeal, expediently, as well as successfully. They also represented us in lawsuits against against two different insurance companies, winning both, and delivering settlements beyond what we had expected. You'll be looking a long while to find a better law firm.
It seems to be impossible to qualify for SS Disability on your own. And the process is very slow and frustrating. I contacted Levine & Benjamin. Attorney Gary Bimberg kept in touch so I knew what was happening. And he won my case. I highly recommend them.
The firm is a joke. You do all the work and they take the credit. They pretend that have a good relationship with SSA but they don't. You have to sit and call or email all updates while they tell you and the quote "there is nothing we can do but wait" 9 month's later with a so called dire need expedite now waiting stll. They should be telling people we don't have a clue how an attorney is supposed to work for the client not the client working for them. 10 to 1 G. B will answer this in less than 24 hours.

I'm very unhappy with this firm. A year after my disability application I am back to square 1 and need to reapply or find another attorney and file a civil suit against SSA. I spoke with a representative from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society about my situation today and she asked me some questions. She said I got very bad advice from Gary Bimberg last fall, advice that's exactly the opposite of what they recommend. Furthermore, Attorney Bimberg didn't end up representing me at my hearing. UFC experience sounds just like what I went through with this company...and when I questioned them....they said to blame the Judge....I thought they were hired to do a job...I would run from this place....
I have had 3 back surgeries and am looking at more, so I signed up for Disability. I heard good things about Levine & Benjamin, but my experience was awful. They never called me back, I never heard from them. I called at least once a week, and no return calls. I never even talked to a Lawyer, I talked to a Secretary every time I did talk to someone.
