Hidden cameras - you’ve been warned
There are a range of problems with this gym that are fixable, but ownership doesn’t seem to care. I’ve spoken to many members who share my concerns, so I emailed Jim Solomon, the owner. I waited a full week to give him time to respond. I never heard back. That’s why I’m posting this review - because people deserve to know what they’re getting into before becoming a member. Contacted the gym through email explaining that I need immediate cancellation as I’m in and out of the ER and lost my ability to walk. Offered to send any doctors notes or paper work needed as proof. The facility is not even accessible by wheelchair if I could actually even move to get there. Instead of any sort of human decency or empathy that one of their members who has been paying for a membership is in a time of need, they demanded payment for another month of services I would not even be able to use and threatened to c... read more
Nathan was an amazing personal trainer. He was super flexible and made sure to get the most out of your work out time. Would recommend!
