Absolutely unprofessional staff, called their general line and the staff member that answered the phone didn't know what he was talking about. I highly recommend stayinga way from this location as honestly it's a waste of money
WORST gym to cancel your membership!!!! They get you on cheap plan but when you want to cancel, it took me a whole year!!! Their approach is that they knowly rack up the debt and then sell that debt to collection agency. Very scammy. At the end I had to do it through my bank. I ended up paying for a whole year. During COVID!Thankfully it was charged to my debit bank card. If you give them your credit card, it's end of the story. Very SCAMMY. BE AWARE.
