Having taken delivery of a new 2025 Ram 1500 pickup just three weeks ago, I noticed a bulge in a tire. Contacted them for assistance and without getting into detail was told it's not their issue and go to the tire company. Wow, no support at all!! I was told by the tire company the dealer should have made it right but nope!! I'm sure Hondru will respond with " We are sorry for your experience etc... but actions, not words says it all. No help and left hanging with a serious tire safety issue!!
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Sales and Finance Team. Specially Eric. What a joke. 10 days working with your sales and finance team — providing information, discussing financing, and finalizing details — I drove over 3 hours to the dealership just to get disrespected and walked away.
Great experience working with Eric Conrey! We needed more towing capabilities as we bought a larger 5th wheel. He was able to get me into a Ram 3500 with a 5th wheel hitch already installed and trade in my Ram 2500 for a fair price. Thank you!
