I was more than a little apprehensive buying a vehicle 300 miles from home. Salesman Jason Russell answered all my questions, was patient during a Facetime walk-around and unfortunately had the day off the day I came to take delivery. Austin Shoup filled in for him and the transaction went smoothly. Weeks later, the vehicle has met and exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this dealership and Jason and Austin.
Absolute nightmare experience. I found a used lemon-title Chevy Bolt online, called and negotiated to a price of $16,800 including shipping. We agreed on the price, and I wired the money, and signed a contract with $16,800 as the total for the vehicle out the door. The day after sending the money and signing the contract, rather than shipping the car, they reached out and attempted to shake me down for another $4,000.
