Very trustworthy service dept. My dealer in MD said i needed new brakes about a year ago. Hondru checked today and they are still good. Great staff to talk with.
Our car died unexpectedly on Thursday night and we needed a new car right away. Your salesman Ryan McCord helped us with our purchase. I was in for a regular service. I have purchased vehicles from John Fosnot for decades. They are a good group of folks. Always treated with courtesy and respect. Don’t always agree with what they tell me (LOL) but am always treated well.
Helpful in finding me a vehicle which fit my budget. Went to Manheim to pick up the purple one for me so I could get the color I wanted. Treated me well. My father's truck had died when we came to pick up my new car and they even gave him a jump. Just good people overall, who made me feel like a valued customer even though my budget wasn't very big. Would recommend.
Easy to make appointments. Friendly atmosphere.
My heated seat overheated and burnt through the seat and my coat, this was in February 2013. Other dealerships wanted me to pay $500 to fix it! I just received a extended warranty from GM on my heated seats because there could be a problem! these other dealerships still want to charge me. Hondru looked at my paperwork and couldn't believe other dealers were giving me a hard time, they took my info and ordered my parts and will be fixing it! Thank u Hondru!
