I took the online Real Estate course in March and April. I found the classes to be very informative and prepared me well for the licensing exam. I did the Compucram over and over and over the week before my test. I obtained my license on May 1 on the first try, getting a 93 on each section (need a 70 to pass.) I would not hesitate to recommend Hondros to anyone wanting a real estate career. Nanci
I do real estate through hondros and this is the worst online pre license course I have ever seen. I have been doing it for the past year and was never informed I have been apparently doing all my classes on their “archive website” which stems to all of my issues. I thought I had 35 hours left of classes, and all of a sudden 12 exams popped up a couple of days ago which I had never seen before. I chose Hondros for Real Estate because of the flexibility of classes and student success.
Signed up with Hondros for the OH pre licensing real estate courses. All the instructors did a great job teaching the material through Zoom. I intended to do the self pace courses and realized quickly that was not ideal for me, so I switched to virtual. Best decision I made for sure. I gained so much more by being able to interact with the instructors and classmates. The package I purchased was the one that included all compu crams, sales crammer, math review, etc. which was extremely helpful leading up to taking the exams. ... read more
