I was quoted the price of $560. When I went to pick it up, they increased the price to $900 without telling me. Very dishonest.

very disappointed about hondar house. my car didn't start and they did a 2 min check and replaced the alternator and battery, for ~$600. Then within the next two months, the battery died 4 times despite they replace batteries almost every time. They admitted they didn't find out what's the real problem but refuse to give my money back. Finally they kicked me out and asked me to find a dealer. one star for what they have tried.

I went for work done on brakes done in 2001 and saw printouts of their glowing reviews on cartalk.com etc., plastered all over the place, which I took as a bad sign, so I was leery A gas smell was coming from my car and I mentioned it to them. When I went to pick up my car they told me that my gas tank had a crack and had to be replaced, for multiple hundreds of dollars. I told them I'd have my brother look at it. Driving out with more problems than when I drove in! – I took in a 2000 Honda Civic with brake problems, and I drove out with an engine light on that led to 330 more in costs of repair. The brakes were over-priced (a mechanic friend of mine in Chicago priced honda parts and labor), by about 100, but for convenience I paid it.
