I waited over 20 minutes and absolutely no one approached me or even acknowledged my existence. The two salesmen were both with customers and I understand that...yet NEITHER even took time to greet me or ask if I needed assistance. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I bought a waverunner. I paid cash. I asked for it to be ready when i got there and they had 3 days to have it ready. When I got there they started getting it ready. 45 minutes later I find out they are getting a used one ready for me. Then they tried to give me a used trailer. I paid for new for both. After driving 2.5hrs to come pick it up and having to wait that long to leave with it among the other things was really not great customer service. Just purchased 2 helmets, intercom system senta. Joe Nelson was a great salesman. He was very professional, helpful and friendly! He took his time & put our headsets on our helmets & downloaded app. And even offered to help if we needed phone assistance! He’s definitely a keeper! Thank you Joe!!!
The manager at this location sold a motorcycle out from under a family member who put money down on it, signed a document, and was told it was his. He confirmed before coming in to pick it up and was told everything was good to go come get it. Someone else came in with a cash full price offer and they sold it to him. Didn't bother to call my family member to tell him what they did. Waited for him to come in on his lunch hour to pick it up to tell him. DO NOT patronize shotty businesses like this. I want to Thank Joe and Tyalor for saving my weekend at Roebling raceway when my front sprocket nut spun off and They where nice enough to take a front sprocket nut off there own race bike to install on mine so I would be able to race tomorrow. Yall are incredible people willing to help anybody out with their issues.
