Dec 15, 2017 Bad visit to service department! Today, I tried to get rather minor warranty work done on a 41 day old new Honda ATV. Their service department required a commitment to $95 diagnostics charge with my signature.........for an obvious warranty issue. Service manager acted like he didn't understand why I wouldn't play his game. BEWARE! Another dealership out of town was eager to help, and they committed to "zero customer charges".
