Had some crazy things going on with tryna get my car, but I have it and all I will say is if you want something done Mr Chris Blackstone is the guy that will most definitely get the job done I just really appreciate him and all his work with assisting me.
Prompt, polite and knowledgeable
Courteous, friendly service person. However, I had an appt, but waited 1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Several items were flagged red on the multi-point inspection, but we're not brought to my attention prior to leaving. After I arrived home, I was looking over the papers and noticed the flagged items. I called the service manager. I had to go back to the dealership, but paid only for parts; they waived the labor. Their service department is always so kind and efficient! I popped my tire today and when I called, Calvin was extremely helpful and got me in right away to replace the tire. The check in process was quick and easy. All of the staff I dealt with were very nice and accommodating.
Calvin was informative, friendly and helpful. My car was serviced in the time I was told. It was a great experience! I will be back.
