Excellent job of replacing and painting the scrapped bottom side panel of my Toyota Prius Prime. The free quote was reasonable. Their text message updates and their online tracking system allowed me to track the repair progress! Mahalo to Travis for handling the estimate and Kehau for handling the paperwork and keeping me posted. Mahalo to the technicians that did the work! The work was completed in 2 days earlier than the estimated 3 days.
Was unsure at first because they deal with a lot of insurance claims, but OMG they definitely were on-point. First contact was with Kehau who is knowledgeable, hard working, and straightforward. I appreciate that because I felt she is genuine. Mandy, Travis and Saki all provided great customer service as well, great team there! My car is once again lookin' goooooooooood!

They are so nice. The work is good and they are very kind. Have used them before with great results. Klayton was a helpful advisor. Today, they got me in right away in a quick emergency when I was really scared. Helped me and got me road ready! Thanks to Larry, Kehou, the other awesome woman in front (sorry i dont know your name) and everyone there. I really appreciate you, and will always be grateful for your help to me.
Spent 6 months waiting for a part for my Tacoma.. Once it was installed a returned my truck, my roof and windows started leaking anytime it rained. Just so you have some info, they installed a new roof and new windows. I moved out of state so essentially I’m stuck with this repair. They also missed replacing some lighting brackets in under the hood ass well. Still clearly marked for them to replace. All of which they charged for. I recommend going to a different body shop.
