Honda Windward Body Shop did a fantastic job on my car! The team was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They walked me through every step of the process, kept me updated throughout the repair, and made the rental car pick-up and drop-off incredibly easy. I recently relocated from NYC to Hawaii, so I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

I got into an accident and had my car fixed here, I assumed because it’s Honda and my car is a Honda it’d be the best place to get it done, I was wrong. At first the car looked great then my engine guard started falling off which I found was missing screws and was held up by two plastic non threaded screws. This has caused me so many issues as the temporarily solution was to use zip ties that kept breaking from the heat. I took my car in to check on a water leak and general check up. I dropped it off before Honda was opened, so filled out the form and asked that I was provided a written quote before starting work. I got a call after everything was done that the bill was ~$500. Additionally, they changed my oil, which didn’t need changing. After that, my car continued to leak based on rainwater getting in through the dash. I took it back him about 1.5 months later. Had a really positive experience here. After an accident was referred here by my insurance. The front desk gals are amazing (and hilarious!) and the technicians did a great job. After pick up, I did notice a small problem and called the next day. I was worried they would say "too bad so sad, you left our lot and should've checked before you left." The estimator was very quick and efficient he answered all of my questions. And the ladies in the office were friendly and pleasant. I don't believe in a quick fix or rushing the process, they did finish in a reasonable time When I picked up my car it looked brand new. I was very satisfied. Highly recommendable.F.Y.I they are very busy which is a good thing. Thanks guys keep up the great work.
