I love this place! It’s the only dealership I have ever used that lubes the chain and doesn’t leave all of that white crap that slings all over the bike and rims. I have a blacked out GSX-R 1000 so it really stands out to me. Josh Higdon is awesome to work with and has always provided exceptional service and communication throughout the process. Best dealership in the Fayetteville area. The most stress free, seamless, and low pressure experience Ive had purchasing a motorcycle between NC and FL. Had me in and out if the dealership in 30 mins after selecting my bike and doing most of the paperwork on the front end before arriving. Super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will be purchasing from them over all other local dealers again. They live up to their nearly impeccable reviews.
My first time here. Brought my new bike in for a break-in service. Noticed a lot of the reviews were really good so my wife and I decided to give them a shot. Josh was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt the family-owned atmosphere almost immediately. Everyone there was very welcoming. Fair price for excellent work, very transparent. I had a really good experience, Rusty helped me get the exact bike my husband wanted, I was able to surprise him and make his day. The technician helped me load and strap the bike down so my drive back home was safe! I was in and out in 30 minutes!
