Willet Hoeda These Mofos don't even desreve a star. First of all they are very unprofessional and Do NOT Know anything about selling cars. The so called manager ran the sh*t out of my credit after we informed him that we were not gonna purchase a 2005 Pontiac Bonneville which is a THROWBACK! They are very rude and I will reccomend everyone that i know to not do business with them unless you want your score ran up about 20 points. Go to the mall of georgia instead!!!!!!

cars This is a huge Honda dealership and offers every type and make and model of Honda is any color you are looking for. They also have a great staff that will offer you drinks/water/coffee as you get there. The only problem is that they dont negotiate as much as other dealerships and hence, lose business in the long run.

No negotiation We have always loved Honda's. When I went there when buying my last Honda, we found several models we liked. We offered them what other dealerships said they were taking, and they declined. Perhaps a wise business model, but it kept them from getting our business. I have used their service shop as well. They sent out a flyer touting a $15 oil change. My wife was there for 3 hours. In they end, they made up for it by changing our transmission fluid free of charge.

good I have always taken my Civic to South Honda to have the services done. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it. I know I can trust them with my car and am sure they will do a great job as they are much more educated on my car, being a Honda, then any generic oil change facility. They performed all the services and checkups properly and on time too. They made sure to expect everything that needed to be looked over and everything was running awesome.

Good customer service My husband and I bought one of their car last year, but we still go there for oil change and other services because their staff are always cheerful and very helpful. The place is set up where everyone can get comfortable while waiting for their car. They have a big screen TV and a place for children to play. Hot and cold beverages are also available as complements. Honda are good cars and I do believe when other people say they were built to last. No Customer Loyalty My 2005 Honda just had a total trasmission failure at 61K. Just paid off the car last month and of course it is out of warranty. After researching on the internet, it turns out Honda has been aware of this problem for some time. Long story short, many dealerships offered their customers a discount for the repair and many offered to pay half the cost. In my case, $3800.00! Willett offered nothing, telling my husband they could not afford to. I have personally referred two people to them who bought new cars... read more

Extreme Unprofessionalism! WOW! This dealership needs a lesson in how to treat customers! Unfortunately, my repeated requests for a break down of the total costs associated with the sale of brand new vehicle not only went unanswered but was met with a large degree of obfuscation. Dissatisfied Very bad service! Sales staff, managers and finance treat customers like they're stupid. They are reluctant to backup any "work" they've allegedly done on a car, in writing. When I got on the internet after leaving the dealership I was alarmed by the number of bad complaints they had. Their BBB grade is "F" on a cale of A to F.

car shopping They do have a large variety of cars, they even rtaet you nice.The only thing is that they are kind of pricy with their cars and they will keep you there all day even if the car you want isnt there.
