If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute terrible service all around. I brought my car in for service on three separate occasions and waited for hours each time just to be told the part wasn’t in. Finally, the parts arrived and my car was left in their care for a MONTH and a HALF When I picked my car up, a plethora of issues started to arise-all stemming from their negligent work from the first service. I brought in my 2015 Honda because of some warning lights on my dash. They charged me $250 for a "diagnostic" and wanted $3500 to replace my VSA module. They told me it was the only way to fix the problem. I looked online, took the module off and sent it off for repair ($270). Reinstalled it in less than 15 minutes. Problem solved. It's frustrating enough that they want $500 for a brake job (did it myself with Honda OEM parts for <$100 and and hour of my time) but this is crazy. I'm very very DISAPPOINTED 😞 with GJD!! Bought my car brand NEW from this dealership. The HAPPIEST time 1st time owner of a BRAND NEW VEHICLE (RED HONDA CIVIC) "YEAH". Anyway I choose to ONLY allow this dealership to service my vehicle for whatever and whenever parts and services I needed. Press forward I have had a couple issues 🙃 in the past with this dealership.
