Two trips to this place, 2 one star reviews. I signed up ahead of time, clicked i would be staying and waiting. Told it would be a couple of hours, asked how much longer it would be after three hours--a little after 12. I was told you were dropping it off. Nope, I stayed. We'll they asked if you were staying when you checked in. Correct, I said I was staying. I was then informed it would be at least 2 more hours. Terrible Service and Warranty Issues I recently visited this Honda dealership to get a nail in my tire patched. Despite having all the paperwork proving I have a valid warranty that covers tire repairs up to 100,000 miles (I pay $150 a month for this warranty), the staff claimed they couldn't find my name in their system. Instead of helping resolve the discrepancy, they insisted I pay out of pocket for a service that should have been fully covered. Even though I purchased my vehicle at another dealership, Gerald Jones Honda Service took care of my vehicle needs. I ran into a minor problem with my brand new vehicle and the dealer I bought it from did not come through for me. The service department at GJH repaired the problem for me. They also made sure I had transportation while this matter was being resolved.
