This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I pulled up and stopped where the sign says “Stop” and waited, but no one bothered to get off their phone to assist me. Two employees stayed on their phones the whole time. When I finally approached one of the staff, instead of helping, he told me I wasn’t supposed to stop there. I explained I was following the posted instructions and that no one had come to assist, but his response was rude and unprofessional. Buen servicio y sala de espera con café gratis al gusto.
Overall experience was good, 2 hours after I got confirmation car was ready for pick up, I got there, paid, and then was told to wait to get my car back..that took 25mins. Initial check-in and drop off took no longer than 10mins before 8am. Only downside was getting my car back. Still will give this place another try!
I had a long road trip ahead to visit family for the holidays and scheduled an appointment for Monday, Dec. 23rd to have my car serviced at their Hawthorne service center. As soon as I arrived, I was waved down and turned away because they would be closing and the technicians would be leaving home within the next 10 minutes?!
